Lily's is the best Chinese restaurant in Battery Park City, which isn't saying much. It's fine, really. Just nothing to write home about. The food comes fresh and the price is right. It's not too oily.Good delivery, quick service, pretty nice decor.They also have a special where you can get discount movie tickets to the theater next door.
